Refund and Return Policy – Leonardi Laboratories

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund, replacement (subject to stock availability), or store credit by contacting us within 30 days from the date you receive your goods.

Conditions of Return

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition.

  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) only and will not include the original postage costs.

  • This policy does not apply to goods that have been used, opened, damaged after delivery, altered, dropped, or broken.

Return Authorisation

A Return Authority Number (RA Number) must be obtained from Leonardi Laboratories before returning any products. Returns sent without an RA Number cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item supplied, product defect, or damage in transit), Leonardi Laboratories will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you.

  • For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for all return postage and insurance costs. We strongly recommend using Registered Post with tracking and insurance, as Leonardi Laboratories will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds and Replacements

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement. Approved refunds will be processed promptly to your original payment method.
